Mushtaq Ahmad Bhatti holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from COMSATS University Islamabad, Wah Campus. He also possesses double Masters' degrees both in the field of Electrical Engineering from University of Michigan Ann Arbor USA and Telecom Management from INT France. He did his BSc Electrical Engineering from UET Lahore with HONOURS.
He possesses 32 years of diverse experience encompassing Operations, Regulations, Policy formulations of Telecom sector and Academia. Currently, he is working as Principal Engineer, ECE Department CUI Wah and additionally also looking after Career Develop Center, Industry Liaison portfolios and Student Start-Up Business Center.
